Estates - Foreclosure of Mortgage or Deed of Trust - Notice of Proposed Sale

Synopsis:

Providing that a person authorized to make a sale of property in an action to foreclose a mortgage or deed of trust may provide specified notice of the sale to a personal representative of a decedent or by other methods under specified circumstances; and providing that, if notice under the Act is provided, a sale may not be determined to be invalid.
