Income Tax - Credit for Hiring a Licensed Security Guard Agency

Synopsis:

Allowing specified business entities a credit against the State income tax for up to 10% of fees paid to licensed security guard agencies under specified circumstances; limiting to $100,000 the total amount of credits a business entity may claim in any calendar year; providing that the credit may not exceed the State income tax for that taxable year; etc.
