Entitled:
Task Force to Study Subprime Lending

Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force to Study Subprime Lending; providing for the membership of the Task Force; requiring the Governor to designate the chairman of the Task Force; providing that members of the Task Force may not receive compensation but are entitled to specified reimbursement; requiring the Task Force to study specified issues and make recommendations; requiring the Task Force to report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before June 30, 2005; and providing for the termination of the Act.
