Well Permits - Fees
Altering the cap on well permit fees that a county board of health may
establish to defray county expenses in inspecting wells, collecting
water samples, and issuing certificates of potability; requiring a
county board of health to accept specified test results prepared by
specified laboratories for the issuance of a specified certificate;
and requiring a county board of health to issue a specified permit
within a reasonable period of time after receipt of an application.
