Synopsis:

Requesting the nursing home industry to pursue a staffing goal of one nurse for every eight nursing home residents; requesting nursing homes to provide staffing ratios to the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for dissemination to the public and the General Assembly; and requesting the Department to verify the staffing ratios.
