Motor Vehicle Administration - Driver's License Renewals - Vision Test Requirements

Synopsis:

Authorizing individuals between the ages of 21 and 40 to apply for renewal of a driver's license electronically or by mail or by other means authorized by the Motor Vehicle Administration without taking a vision test if the applicant has passed a vision test authorized by the Motor Vehicle Administration within the previous 6 years; etc.
