Natural Resources - Shoreline and Blind Site Licensing

Synopsis:

Extending, at the option of the applicant, the term of a shoreline license; establishing the amount, timing, and disposition of the fee for obtaining an extended shoreline license; providing that specified unexpended funds shall be credited to the State Wildlife Management and Protection Fund and may not be transferred to or revert to the General Fund of the State; etc.
