State Police - Vehicle Theft - Publicly Available Database

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of State Police to create and make available to the public a reasonably current database containing the registration number of vehicles reported stolen to the Department; authorizing the Department to publish the information on the Internet and on a toll-free automated phone line; and authorizing the Secretary of State Police to adopt regulations to carry out the Act.
