Synopsis:

Altering the maximum age at which an individual may accompany an adult in a voting room and voting booth at a polling place under specified circumstances; prohibiting more than two individuals under the age of 13 from accompanying a voter in a voting room or voting booth under specified circumstances; and making stylistic changes.
