Family Law - Child Abuse and Neglect - Failure to Report - Penalty

Synopsis:

Making it a misdemeanor, subject to a $1,000 fine, for specified health practitioners, police officers, educators, and human service workers to fail to provide specified notice or make a specified report of suspected child abuse or neglect under specified circumstances; altering time periods for making a report of suspected abuse or neglect; and providing for a specified exception.
