Entitled:
Residential Leases - Termination - Limitation of Liability

Synopsis:

Providing that if a tenant meets specified conditions, the tenant's liability for rent under a lease may not exceed 30 days' rent after the date on which the tenant vacates the leased premises; requiring the tenant to provide to the landlord a written certification by a licensed physician and a notice of termination at least 30 days before the tenant vacates the leased premises; etc.
