Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to establish a fee for processing and issuing copies of death certificates; providing for a fee structure based on the number of copies processed and issued by the Department or a local health department; and requiring the Department to adopt specified regulations by January 1, 2005.
