Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Parole Commission periodically to review, guide, and recommend individuals for parole; requiring the Commission to establish a schedule for rehearing of parole cases, not to exceed 3 years; prohibiting the placement of specified conditions in a parole order; and providing for the application of the Act.
