State Board of Dental Examiners - Hearings

Synopsis:

Repealing the requirement that specified documents relating to a disciplinary hearing be served on individuals against whom a disciplinary action is contemplated by the State Board of Dental Examiners at least 10 days before the hearing and in a specified manner; requiring individuals whom the Board finds to be in violation of specified professional standards to pay costs associated with a specified hearing; requiring the Board to adopt regulations; etc.
