Synopsis:

Proposing an amendment to the Maryland Constitution to add specified requirements in the appointment process of the Attorney General and State Comptroller in the event of a vacancy in either of those offices; and submitting the amendment to the qualified voters of the State of Maryland for their adoption or rejection.
