Motor Vehicles - Authority of Police Department to Tow Abandoned Vehicles on Public Property

Synopsis:

Altering, for purposes of specified provisions concerning the authority of a police department to take vehicles into custody, the definition of "abandoned vehicle" to include a vehicle that does not display valid registration plates and is left, for any period of time, on public property.
