Public Service Commission - Liquefied Petroleum Gas

Synopsis:

Requiring the Public Service Commission to adopt and enforce safety standards for gas service installations serving at least 2 and fewer than 10 customers through a liquefied gas storage tank when a portion of the system is located in a public place; and repealing a requirement that the Commission adopt and enforce safety standards for gas service installations where service is provided to 10 or more separate residential units.
