Anne Arundel County - Right to Farm

Synopsis:

Authorizing the County Council of Anne Arundel County to adopt an ordinance, resolution, or regulation or take other action that the County Council considers necessary to protect a person's right to farm or engage in agricultural or forestry operations; and requiring the County Council to hold a public hearing and provide reasonable notice of the hearing before adopting a specified ordinance, resolution, or regulation or taking other action under specified circumstances.
