Homicide by Aggressive Driving
Establishing the crime of homicide by aggressive driving for a person
who causes the death of another as the result of committing at least
three specified violations of the Maryland Vehicle Law; providing for
specified penalties and assessment of points for a conviction of
homicide by aggressive driving; providing for specified procedures in
a prosecution for homicide by aggressive driving; and requiring a
clerk of the court to notify the Motor Vehicle Administration of a
conviction for homicide by aggressive driving.
