Criminal Procedure - Statute of Limitations - Prosecutions for Criminal Violation of Insurance Law

Synopsis:

Extending from 1 year to 3 years the period within which a prosecution of a misdemeanor offense under the Insurance Article of the Annotated Code may be instituted following the commission of the offense; and establishing an exception to a limitation on the prosecution of a fine or penalty.
