Home Improvement - Unlicensed Contractor - Prohibit Recovery of Compensation

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from initiating a civil action or recovering on a civil action for compensation for performing a home improvement under a home improvement contract in the courts of the State if the person was required to be licensed as a contractor at the time of the offering to perform and performing a home improvement.
