Nursing Homes - Notice of Change in Condition

Synopsis:

Requiring a nursing home to provide a written specified notice concerning a specified change in the resident's condition and care to the resident and, if applicable, the resident's representative or interested family member under specified circumstances; providing for the contents of the written notice; etc.
