Election Law - Payment for Walk-Around Services

Synopsis:

Requiring campaign finance entities that pay a person for walk-around services to make the payment by a check drawn from the campaign finance entity's campaign account; and requiring campaign finance entities to report these payments in accordance with the provisions of the State Election Law.
