Parking for Individuals with Disabilities - Reciprocity - District of Columbia

Synopsis:

Providing that specified provisions relating to parking for individuals with disabilities do not apply to an individual issued specified registration plates or parking placards under the laws and regulations of the District of Columbia; authorizing the Motor Vehicle Administration to issue a temporary parking placard for an individual with a disability who has been issued specified registration plates or parking placards by the District of Columbia; etc.
