Entitled:
Education - Teachers - Hiring Retirees of the Teachers' Retirement System or the Teachers' Pension System

Synopsis:

Authorizing the hiring of a retiree of the Teachers' Retirement System or the Teachers' Pension System to teach in specified subject areas, in specified classes for specified students, or in schools identified by the State Board of Education to be under school improvement, corrective action, or restructuring; requiring each county board of education to submit a report to the State Department of Education regarding the number of retirees hired, the subjects taught, and at which schools; etc.
