Establishing a Task Force on Lending Equity within Financial Institutions Providing State Depository Services; providing for the purpose of the Task Force; providing for the composition, cochairmen, and staff of the Task Force; and requiring the Task Force to submit an interim report to the Governor and the General Assembly by December 1, 2004, and a final report by September 1, 2005.
