Synopsis:

Authorizing a court that has jurisdiction over specified criminal cases involving a juvenile to simultaneously impose a juvenile and an adult sentence; authorizing the court to suspend the adult sentence under specified circumstances; requiring the court to conduct a hearing in specified instances; authorizing specified penalties if a child is found to have committed a violation or offense while under the court's jurisdiction; etc.
