Synopsis:

Requiring an individual applying for specified Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH) assistance programs to identify the employer of a proposed beneficiary; requiring DHMH to report to the General Assembly on or before October 1 of each year on specified information regarding employers of proposed beneficiaries; requiring DHMH to make available to the public specified information on the employers of proposed beneficiaries; requiring DHMH to adopt regulations; etc.
