Entitled:
Public Service Companies - Customer Accounts

Synopsis:

Requiring a public service company to obtain specified identification from an individual seeking to open or alter a specified account or an individual requesting information about a specified account; prohibiting an individual from opening an account with a public service company in another individual's name under specified circumstances; and providing that a public service company that violates a specified provision is liable for specified charges under specified circumstances.
