Entitled:
Electric Companies and Gas Companies - Use of Trade Names and Trademarks

Synopsis:

Prohibiting specified persons from using the trade name or trademark of an electric company or a gas company for specified purposes in specified circumstances; providing that the Act applies to specified persons engaged in specified activities relating to heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, or refrigeration services, plumbing services, appliances, and home improvements; and providing that existing obligations or contract rights may not be impaired by the Act.
