State Board of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Contractors - Appointment of Members

Synopsis:

Requiring the Governor to consider the names of nominees to the State Board of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Contractors submitted by specified organizations; requiring the Governor to consider demographic and geographic diversity when making appointments to the Board; and repealing the requirement that members of the Board be from specified geographic areas of the State.
