Requiring a clerk of court to establish specified reporting procedures; expanding the requirements for driving specified motor vehicles; adding disqualifying offenses for commercial drivers; establishing new violations; establishing a defense for a specified violation; adding to the list of persons who may receive information in a specified driving record; expanding and clarifying specified definitions; etc.
