Teachers' Pension System - Former Members - Military Service Credit

Synopsis:

Allowing former members who meet specified criteria to receive service credit in the Teachers' Pension System for military service; and requiring those former members to complete a claim for service credit and submit proper military forms to the Board of Trustees by December 31, 2004.
