Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement

Synopsis:

Adopting the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement as adopted by the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Project on November 12, 2002, contingent on the enactment of specified legislation by the U.S. Congress; requiring the Comptroller to prepare and submit proposed regulations and draft legislation implementing changes to the State's laws, regulations, or policies needed to bring the State into compliance with the Agreement and other changes recommended by the Comptroller; etc.
