Agriculture - Confinement of Pregnant Sows and Gilts - Prohibition

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from confining or tethering a pregnant sow or gilt for a specified amount of time in specified manners; providing exceptions to the prohibition; establishing penalties for a violation of the Act; and establishing that each instance of confining or tethering a single sow or gilt constitutes a separate offense.
