College Affordability - University System of Maryland - Cap on Tuition Increases

Synopsis:

Limiting, to the rate of inflation for the previous calendar year, the amount of the annual increase in tuition that may be charged each academic year to a resident undergraduate or graduate student at a constituent institution of the University System of Maryland; and providing for the termination of the Act.
