Public Utilities - Electric Company Reimbursement to Ratepayers for Power Outages

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Public Service Commission to order an electric company that is unable to distribute electricity to reimburse nonresidential and residential ratepayers up to a specified amount for specified losses sustained by the ratepayers; requiring specified ratepayers to submit a reimbursement request, within a specified time frame and on a form developed by the Commission, that includes the amount of reimbursement requested and evidence of the loss sustained; etc.
