Criminal Procedure - Protection of Victim's, Victim's Representative's, and Witness's Identity

Synopsis:

Requiring that, on request of the State, a victim of or witness to a felony or delinquent act that would be a felony if committed by an adult, or a victim's representative, a judge, State's Attorney, District Court commissioner, intake officer, or law enforcement officer withhold the identity of the victim, victim's representative, or State's witness and on the State's motion or on request of a victim or witness during trial or adjudicatory hearing a court prohibit the release of the victim's or witness's identity.
