Synopsis:

Providing agents who are employed by the Division of Parole and Probation of the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services with membership in the Correctional Officers' Retirement System; requiring the Board of Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System to transfer employer and employee contributions to the accumulation fund and annuity savings fund of the Correctional Officers' Retirement System; etc.
