Synopsis:

Requiring a therapeutically certified optometrist to attend at least 6 hours of continuing education on the management of primary open-angle glaucoma; authorizing a therapeutically certified optometrist to administer or prescribe specified pharmaceutical agents; requiring consultation with an ophthalmologist when treating primary open-angle glaucoma; etc.
