Board of Trustees of Chesapeake College - Terms of Members

Synopsis:

Altering the procedure by which members of the Board of Trustees of Chesapeake College are appointed to require appointment by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate, subject to a specified exception; altering the number of years a member serves on the Board during a term of office to 5 years; requiring a member of the Board to continue serving as a member of the Board until a successor is appointed and qualifies; etc.
