Synopsis:

Requiring the Attorney General to represent specified judicial appointees in specified legal proceedings; and including an individual appointed by a court to perform specified limited functions of investigating, testifying, and making a report and recommendation in a particular case in the definition of "State personnel" under the Maryland Tort Claims Act.
