Synopsis:

Altering the purposes for which the proceeds shall be applied of bonds issued by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City under specified provisions authorizing tax increment financing for the development of specified areas in Baltimore City, to include the construction or rehabilitation of buildings that are abandoned property or distressed property or will provide units of affordable housing.
