Workers' Compensation - Presumptions
Providing that the presumption of compensability of specified
occupational diseases under workers' compensation law is rebuttable;
limiting the application of specified presumptions of compensability
to an individual who has been retired for a specified period of time;

of an expert witness to provide specified testimony.
