Procurement - ILEV and Qualified Hybrid Vehicles - Government Purchases

Synopsis:

Requiring that, of the new passenger cars, light trucks, and buses purchased by the State or a political subdivision of the State beginning in fiscal 2005, a specified percentage of the vehicles be ILEV (Inherently Low Emission Vehicles) or qualified hybrid vehicles; requiring the Secretary of Budget and Management and specified local governing bodies to make a report to the General Assembly on or before a specified date each year; defining specified terms; etc.
