Income Tax - Credit for Geothermal Heat Pump

Synopsis:

Allowing an individual to claim a credit against the State income tax for up to $1,500 for the purchase price of a geothermal heat pump using ground loop technology if the heat pump is installed on or after January 1, 2004; defining "geothermal heat pump"; and providing for the application of the Act to tax years beginning after December 31, 2003.
