Synopsis:

Requiring specified insurers to provide applicants with written notice that states that a standard homeowner's insurance policy does not cover losses from flood; specifying the contents of the notice; requiring insurers, at the time of renewal, to provide policyholders who have not purchased flood insurance with a specified notice; etc.
