Synopsis:

Increasing the salaries of the Baltimore City deputy sheriffs, deputy sheriff sergeants, and deputy sheriff lieutenants; altering surcharges on filing fees for summary ejectment cases in the District Court in Baltimore City and requiring revenue generated from the surcharge to be remitted quarterly to the Baltimore City Director of Finance; and providing for the funding of the salaries for the Baltimore City deputy sheriffs, deputy sheriff sergeants, and deputy sheriff lieutenants.
