Blind Industries and Services of Maryland - Powers and Duties

Synopsis:

Transferring duties and responsibilities for the administration of specified rehabilitation services from the Maryland State Department of Education to the board of trustees of the Blind Industries and Services of Maryland; increasing from 4 to 6 the number of members of the board of trustees who are required to be blind; and authorizing the Blind Industries and Services of Maryland to license blind persons to operate public and specified private vending facilities.
