Vehicle Laws - Special Registration Plates Honoring Veterans of Operation Iraqi Freedom

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to develop and make available a special registration plate honoring veterans of Operation Iraqi Freedom; specifying who may apply for a special registration plate; requiring an owner of a vehicle issued special registration plates, subject to specified exceptions, to pay an additional fee; prohibiting any portion of the additional fee from being credited to the Gasoline and Motor Vehicle Revenue Account; etc.
